I have users with Windows XP machines logging into a Novell 5 server and a Windows NT 4 domain. There are several people using the same computers. The NW client is 4.81 on most, though I have started to install 4.9.
The problem is that the Novell login will work, the script executes etc. but the Workstation prompt is never displayed and so the user can’t get to e-mail or any NT based resource. If I login with my admin account it seems to clear up whatever is going on and they can now login fine after I logout. This is not every day, not the same machine and random users are affected.
Any ideas?
