In the userprofile option in usermanager for domains you have the option to run a loginscript. I have removed this, but the loginscript keeps on running. On wich other places can you connect a user to a loginscript?

  That should be the only place to specify a loginscript. Depending on how big your network is and how many BDC you have you may need to sync the domain before you will stop running the loginscript.
