Logitech mouse trouble

I am getting a message after re-installing my mouseware it reads- Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and will have to close.
Can anyone help.

If this is on some form of Windows

Open the Device Manager and expand the Mouse Heading. Right click on your Mouse and select Uninstall.

Follow the prompts and uninstall the Mouse. Then reboot your computer and install the Mouse Driver again.

It may prove useful to allow the system to Find New Hardware and install the default Drivers for it then you apply the Logitech Software.
