I have recently purchased a logitech QuickCam,i installed the program from the CD supplied,then plugged in the U.S.B. to a u.s.b.multy box.The system tells me all is working,and i get what the cam is seeing on my 17″ screen,but i get text from my viewer,that all they have is a blue screen recieved,after a few minuets,my view/picture collapses into a warning box which states”NO TOKENS” i have asked logitech there advice and they told me to down load a program from microsoft,which when i did is only applicable to win95 and is already part of win98se,what is my problem?????, have i bought a turky????,should i send this back and purchase some other that will guarentee that i can “LOOK AND BE SEEN”with out any hassle.Do i need to install a”U.S.B.HUB WITH POWER ASSIST”.
