Logitech S510 Cordless Keyboard & Mouse
Now the computer takes an very long time to boot and does not shut down without having to force a shutdown with the on/off button. The computer goes through the normal shutdown sequence to a plain blue screen (not the "screen of death"). I have tried System Restore and removed the program.
When I tried to reinstall the program, I had to buy a USB cable with a keyboard/mouse PS2 to get the laptop keyboard and mouse to work. Then I could get input to reinstall Setpoint, but the same problems reoccur.
My company's IT department said it could be like finding a "needle in a haystack" and it could be a dll file. Can anyone help? Without proper shutdown, I don't believe any of the Microsoft Automatic Updates are installing.
Thanks.
