I’m troubleshooting a logon problem for client using 98 desktops and a Win2k Server. The client in question will allow only one individual logon before it requires a reboot in order for another individual to be able to log on to the same PC.
This is the only PC in the network this happens on. Again, after the first person logs on, a second person with a different user name and password cannot logon and be authenticated without first rebooting the PC. Unfortunately, this is a new account we’re being brought in on and I don’t actually have access to the PC as I write this. I have to work on it this AM and want to get a jump start on the issue if you have any ideas. It is 9:00 a.m. Mountain time in Denver and I have to leave for the jobin 90 minutes. Should someone be able to respond within this time I’d greatly appreciate the help.
Sorry, but I have no information on the error msg being produced. I haven’t even had access to the PC in question yet to be able to reproduce the error.
