Logon script -windows 2000 server

Hi, assuming a default installation, the place to put scripts on each Domain Controller of a 2000 domain would be....

C:\WINNT\SYSVOL\sysvol\<dns_domain_name>\scripts

Be certain that you place is on all 2000 domain controllers. It should replicate if you place it on only one. But to be certain, place it on all of them.

Hope this helps.

in addition dont forget to specify in the user properties the name of the login script. i.e. login.bat

to get to this setting click start..programs...administrative tools...active directory users and computers

locate user, right click hit properties and it is in the accountprofiule tab i think
