Logon Script Won’t Run

I have one user that can’t get the logon script to run on his WINNT 4.0 PC, yet when I or anyone else logs onto the PC, the script runs fine. I even had him try to logon to another PC and got the same results – no script. I assume there is a problem with his NT ID but don’t know what to do. Can it be resolved without deleting and recreating his NT ID. If not, how do I make sure all his old settings return with the new ID without bringing the problems back or creating bigger problems.
