Logon Scripts NT4 server

what is the best way to set up logon scripts such as mapping network drives when workstations logon, where do they get stored,etc.

The login scripts get stored on the pdc/bdc in the c:\WINNT\system32\Repl\Import\Scripts
Login scripts are batch file ie user.bat, also in user manager for domain is where you set the bat file name under the double click on the user, in user properties window click on the profile button, enter the name of the script name in the approriate textbox, just need to give the name of the script ie user.bat

Read up on how to write the batch file, it uses the NET USE command. I could give an example but it may be more complete if you read about it.

Above for script location c: may be substituded for whatever drive letter you use for your system
