Logon scripts on windows 2000 professio

Regarding Logon Scripts for Windows 2000 Professional, (not part of a domain) is set up as a work group or standalone

If I am the administrator of a local computer, is there a directory, in that local computer, where I can add a batch file that will execute when ever I log on as the local administrator?

I seems I should be able to edit the local Administrator Account and enter a Bat command that will execute when I logon as administrator at this local machine.

I have tried different angles, but to no avail.

Thanks
