Logon scripts work somtimes

Have two servers running windows nt terminal server with sp6. One is a PDC and the other is a BDC. Most workstations are running windows 2000 pro. When a windows 2000 pro user logons to the network somtimes the logon script works somtimes it don’t. when a windows nt user logons scripts always work?? I am use directory replicator
