I need to prepare a procedure on how to name files and folders within my organization. In the past users could name files and folders however they liked, this has given me some problems with folder structures being too long, or file names being actual sentences instead of a name.
I’m looking for any kind of advice on setting long filename specifications, or links to articles concerning this. Any help would be great!!
