I have a terminal server which I am trying to access across the web.
I us VPN to make a network connection then I user terminal server to make a terminal session.
It sometimes takes me ages to connect to the terminal server. I can make a vpn connection firt of, but it can take me half an hour to get terminal connection.
Once I inisiate the terminal session the screen goes blank, but instead of going to a logon screen it just sits there then disconects.
I supect this is due to a slow internet as it is waiting for something to happen.
Please can some one help my bottom is being chewed from the client and my employer about this. I just started using terminal server and have no books, manules or experiance just good old fashion hard work and stress management.
Help would be appreciated.
