Looking for a CL Utility

I’m looking for a shareware or freeware Tool or Utility program that will allow me to query a workstation to tell me who is currently logged on to it and conversely, that will allow me to key in a user ID and see which workstation they are logged into. This needs to run on a WIN2K TCP/IP network. I prefer to run at the command line rather than a GUI.
