Looking for a good recourse for Dream weaver, buttons and generators

Ok, I am learning how to use Dream Weaver CS4 and I was wondering if anyone knew a good place to find different buttons, and generators, or examples on how to create them. In particular, I am looking for a “pulsating Loading bar” so when the site is loading up there is a bar the appears and pulsates. Does anyone know where I can find something like that, or have any suggestion it would be greatly appreciated.
