I am the Systems Administrator for a company with a small IT staff. We are 3 (One IT Mgr, one Sys Admin, and one Programmer/Data Analyst). I am looking for a (raltively) simple solution for project (time) tracking and possibly help desk (trouble-call) tracking. I do not need something as robust as Remedy of Help Star, but would like to at least be able to pull reports or queries on it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
