Looking for a utility.

We’ve got some web kiosks set up and I’m looking for a utility that will reset the screen back to the homepage in kiosk mode when the computer goes into a channel screensaver mode. When you move the mouse the screensaver will go away the computer will be at the homepage. Is there a utility that does this?
