I have currently taken a networking job with a small company with a small IT department. Upper management is not happen with the individuals in the IT department and all the issues they are having with the whole network ranging from the end users desktop support, turn around time on issues, sever management, to the whole network infrastructure, etc., etc.. Needless to say its a bit of a mess. My question is for any suggestions is to how one should prioritize all the issues at hand from what should be addressed first to last. I know some may say your crazy and to run for the hills but I believe its a good opportunity to learn a lot. If you have any questions our suggestions I am all ears.
