I’m looking for good material to use to train about 20 Level 1 helpdesk technicians on the differences between Win95 and Win2k and other support issues. The support really is only basic hardware/peripheral and simple OS issues on laptops with proprietary software. Most material I’ve found, is either geared almost exclusively to the client/user, or to an IT professional. Any leads?
