Looking for Input

Greetings,

I am currently tasked with the creation of a Helpdesk. I am looking for some opinions on Helpdesk software packages that anyone has experience with and can reccomend. As is almost always the case Cost will be one of the largest factors.

One I have found that seems interesting is Outlook Help Desk 3.0 from Crow Canyon Software.
Would be nice to find a few poeple that have used this product.

Crow Canyon

We are currently demoing the Crow Canyon software, along with the asset management software they have.

So far, the helpdesk software is ok. It seems kind of basic to me, but we don't have it completely configured yet.

The asset management program they have works alright. I have had some issues getting it to recognize vista machines, but after turning on a couple services it worked fine.

I would definately demo that helpdesk software though, it's easy to setup.
