We are a construction company that has offices in Chattanooga, Boston and Dallas. We are looking for an Excel database format that can be utilized by all offices for maintaining a nation wide database with the following criteria:
1. Able to have master list by trade (i.e. earthwork, concrete, etc.) and pull from database to create separate jobs for each project.
2. Notification to subcontractors by fax and/or Email for upcoming projects being able to attach a Word document.
3. Database to be accessible by multiple users (approx. 60) with administration rights to control modification of database.
