I?m taking on a bit more consulting than I have in the last several years. Normally I have only taken jobs that were very close references, and have covered my self with a general sign-off form. Now, I feel that my exposure might be a bit too high. I?m looking for some contract that speaks to data loss exposure etc.
Anyone with some good agreements, please share.

Any real lawyer types, I did a sub-s at one point, and have not done with my current side-biz. I don’t care that much about the tax advantage, but wonder about additional protections. I have a layer, but would rather not pay bucks for docs I can prepare myself.
