Hi everyone,
I’m a manager of 20 SD agents that work 24/7 in Help Desk center. I have to deal with planning the staff scheduling every week and it takes me a lot of effort and time to do it.
I’ve heard there are some web based scheduling software that help to create the weekly schedule according to my needs. Can anyone recommend me of such?
