Lose of bandwidth when surfing the net

By mch_franklin ·
Hopefully I am in the right place here. The problem I have has occurred for a while 2months at the most. I have Comcast as a internet service provider and I use sprints broadband wireless card when I am out and about. Whenever I surf the net it seems I lose my connection. If I am downloading something at an avg 125kb. I leave that to surf and it drops to 0kbs. I can't figure it out I checked all my settings and I still can't figure it out but maybe I am missing something. Any help you guys can give me would be appreciated.

Re: Lose of bandwidth when surfing the net

Loss of bandwidth could be due to interference from anything electrical, or hills that surround far or near the "radio masts". From the electrical side it could be from, say, your car or any electrical generator, it could be from certain interference from clouds or the surrounding air, also it could depend on how many people are logged on to the network with a network card such as yours. The best way is to move around and to see if you can spot a hotspot that does not disturb your link. Hope this helps you. PS. Do not forget the interference from your mobile.
