I have a Dell computer running Windows XP and a Motorola SB5100 Cable Modem. I have 3 Mgbs speed from the cable provider. When the computer goes on stand-by and then comes back up for re-use, the speed is only about half. The only way to get the speed back is to unplug the modem for 5 minutes and then plug back up. The speed is back to 3 Mgbs until the computer goes on stand-by again and then it starts all over again. Any help would really be appreciated. Les
