Losing connection to the SBS

By Magnitude_V1 ·
A few weeks ago I had to replace the existing BT Business Hub due to it failing and BT sent a new one in. Everything?s been working fine until yesterday when all the computers started losing connection to the server. It's been fine for the 40 minutes so it could be an issue that BT was overloaded during the lunch hour but we are in a Business Broadband line so that shouldn't affect us.

Unfortunately I don?t know if I?ve set all the Hub settings as they were due to whoever was running the IT before me didn?t take any notes so I?m kind of flying blind.

I did allow Port 443 on the server through the Hub so the iPhones and Blackberry?s could connect to get their e-mails.

We do have a Revo Mondo Wi-Fi Internet Radio that did keep going off and then back on every now and then when we were using the old Hub but the computers never lost connection to the server.

The way the server is connected to the BT Bus Hub is *** follows:

Outside ASDL Line comes in and connects to the BT Bus Hub.
An Ethernet Cable in goes from Port 1 on the BT Bus Hub into the US Robotics 24 Port 10/100 Mbps Switch (Port 11)
Switch (Port 23) connects to Server
Switch (Rest of Ports) connect to Excel 48 Port Patch Panel
Patch Panel to Wall Sockets

Any help will be much appreciated so any questions you have I'll do my best to give you as much detail as I can.
