Some months back after one of the many microsoft updates, not sure which one. Two of my computers lost the cd/dvd drives. It shows that they are there and working properly but when you put a disk in the drive then it dosen’t find the disk. I have been on microsofts site and they have a repair download but this fails to repair the drives. Can anyone help me to sort this problem
