Over the last few days I have received 5 different requests for help regarding Internet Explorer. These are clients that have different ISPS ( some with 56K modems or Cable or DSL) They are all able to reach their ISPs but then cannot surf the net. Some that have ICQ are able to surf that way but not with Explorer. After many calls to respective ISPs and resetting the settings no change. We even tried reloadig Windows (win98 and Win Me) to no avail. Any ideas?
