Lost 2nd Scope access in Win2K

WE recently took our server down to place it in a new cabinet. When it came back up on line It will not see anything in our second scope (we call it .2 as 1st scope is all xxx.xxx.1.xxx)I ont even ping anything on .2 but I can go to any near by pc and ping the .2 addresses just fine. When the people at out .2 location try to log on they get no server available. I inhearited this mess thee call a network from the preivious Computer specialist. ANY IMEADIATE help would be greatly appericated. The hair I have left is being removed by the bosses laser stare.
