Lost Admin Password for Win2000 Pro

hi,

I lost my administrator password for my stand alone PC with Windows 2000 Professional and now I am not able to get in. Please help me in signing in. and tell me the step by step information as i am not a comuter savy person. I have no hint abt the password.
