Lost Administrator Password

I was running Windows 2000 Advanced Server and was loggin in with the Administrator Username. Now I forgot the Administrator password. Is there a way to retreive or reset the Administrator password for Windows 2000 WITHOUT having to reinstall Windows or installing on another partition? This is a standalone Computer. Any help in this will be highly appreciated.
