Lost all Mails & Data after i made chnges to user settings

Dear Friend,

Please help, I made changes to 1 of my domain user account infollowing way

I went to control panel selected user accounts >>>Create Account>>>Added Account Name >>with Domain>>given right of guest on that System >>as soon i pressed Ok on all option All data of User Got lost

Can any 1 tell what happen and how can i recover data
