lost bios password! HELP!

I have a dell d620 laptop computer that is completely locked.when turned on it goes straight to a blue screen and says it needs a system or administrator password.If i try to insert a disk,it doesn’t even acknowledge that i’ve inserted anything in it.I called dell and give them the serial #’s trying to get a master reset code or to even see if it was stolen and who to return to and they said they have no such serials(assuming they were changed since it was purchased from jockey lot).Is there a program (or any info u got) i can download(free since i’m broke) to my home computer and connect the two(usb to usb) and run the program on the laptop to try to recover the lost password?Or any other options – thank you in advance for any help!
