Lost Cals for server 2003

I am not able to find my CALS after having to rebuild and reinstall my corrupted Window server 2003. I have a small business which requires remote access ( via Remote Desktop ) from 2 other locations within 5 mile. I never get the same answer from “tech guys” and dont have a microsoft service provider within miles of where I live.
