Lost contacts after sync with my PC

Hello guys,

Hope you have a nice Easter and that everything is in place for you.

I lost all my contacts on my smartphone Motorola Moto Q Windows Mobile 6 after synchronizing with my laptop (Windows XP, Office 2007), no warning, no nothing, Im in shock!

Anyone have idea how I can recover them? forget about backup I dont have any.
