The company I currently work for, has been experiencing Lost Delayed Writes, error ID 26 in WINNT 4.0 Event Viewer, System Log. I am currently looking for any information regarding such errors. I have been to the MS site and they say to disable the network write-behind caching. However, this will slow down the network operations tremendously, this is not an option. If I can determine the cause of such an error, then perhaps I could enlighten MS to the true solution as well. If anyone, can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
