Lost display capabilities even at BIOS level.

Completely lost video control even at BIOS BOOT level.

Trying to reinstall IBM T40 ATI Radeon 9500 drivers, I uninstalled from
Desktop -> Properties -> Settings -> Advanced -> Adapter -> Properties -> Driver – Uninstall

the current video drivers.

At reboot, all LCD monitor looks fuzzy and unreadable, even at BIOS level (just from start of Boot). External monitor looks exactely the same.

Is there any way to recover monitor proper display ? I cannot even change the bios setting at this stage.
