Lost Drivers

While under tech support for Road Runner, they had me delete a file, upon booting back up I discovered that, vnetsup.vxd, vredir.vxd, dfs.vxd and msnp32.dll files were missing. I attempted to find them on the CD provided by Dell with no success.Where can I download these files?
