Lost E-mail address book

My system recently crashed. My tech was able to recover all the data from my old hard drive by physically adding my old hard drive to my new computer. Unfortunatly I had about 3200 email addresses on my old system and do not know how to access them. You should know that I am only marginally computer literate. can enyone lead me in the right direction?
