We ocassionally have a user lose internet access even though other users on the same machine continue to enjoy uninterrupted service. We are running IE4 on NT4 machines.
We resolve the problem by deleting the user’s profile then creating a new one. This is not a desired solution as it causes other problems.
Any idea what characteristic of the profile changes to prohibit internet access?
