lost my xp disk

i work for a really small company and only recently came onboard. we have about 80 machines and the Whole IT depot is just me and my boss. i had a laptop harddrive go bad on me a few days ago and just ordered a new one….no big deal right?

but after the drive got here and i got it in the machine i asked my boss if we had a volume licence copy of xp and he said no. then i asked how i was sopposed to restore the machine and he said we will have to find the resotre disks for THAT PARTICULAR MACHINE in a company that has 80 machines……short stoy we looked all day and couldnt find the disk. how can i restore that machine and stay leagal without the disks that came with it.

its a compaq nx7010 laptop
