Lost Network Drives in Win 2000 Server

by mclemons72 . Updated 25 years, 3 months ago

We are running windows 98 second edition on our desktops and are connecting to a windows 2000 server. We use the server as a domain controler and file server. We have two drives mapped out to provide network file shares. Some of our client’s mapped drives will drop for no reason and give a access denied error. The drive can be remapped and it connects fine. I want to know if anyone has had problems with windows 98 clients dropping their mappings?
