Lost networking capability

We have 4 XP computers networked together in our office. We also have a remote location system that we log into. The main computer crashed and I reinstalled everything. I cannot get back onto the network because it of admin rights. How do I correct this problem? The remote computer cannot log into any system now either. I am thinking it has the same admin rights issue.
