I have face a problem many time but no solution I find yet. I am a hardware engineer and giving services to a company on IT Help Desk.
My company use exchange server 5.5 for mailing system. Some time our usersenable password on the Personal folder in Microsoft Outlook (a .pst file). After some time some of them check the sign in (.PST) folder to save password in password list and after some time they forget it. If the PC crashed and I have save the (.PST) file and after reinstalling the system and configuring profile in Outlook (.PST) file request for password for open but user could not have such password and their previous mail has been hide. Please someone help me how can i find the password which user have enabled and forget. Waiting for a helpful reply.
