lost power

I have a AMD 1200+ that recently went down. My original thought was the power supply. Now that is new and still no power. Next I thought it could be Motherboard, I have a new one and I still have nothing. Then like others were thinking in a previous question, I thought about the switch. I found and used another switch and I still cant power up. After playing around with it for a bit, when i turn off main switch on power supply the fans spin for just a second. So i can see power making it to the board. I am seriously stuck and need help please!!!
