Lost Printers

I’m not sure exactly what caused it but, right after I installed Office 2000 on my Server 2003
OS, I lost all printers. When I go through “Configure Server Role”(print) or “Add a Printer Wizard” I’m not offered any ports. The port drop down is blank.My device manager says that all ports are ok w/o conflicts. The Wizard
says something about wrong environment. “My Network Places” on my client XP machine is also completely screwed up. All I get is locations of the same machine I am running “My NP” from.
