Lost Raid 1 on ASUS P5LD2

My problem started when I lost both SATA raid drives. I used 2 IDE drives which I set up as RAID 1 mirrored. Then, fan in power supply started to make noise about 10days later. Replaced pwr supply but seem to have lost Raid access and therefore cannot access the drives. The Bios is still available but cannot reboot as drives cannot be read. How can I get the Raid back so I can get access to the drives and therefore reboot the system?? I’m running XP Pro. Thank You, Pete.
