Lost security group access.

We have a security group that we use to email all employees (Note: this group is not a Distribution Group). This groups permissions have been modified and now we can not view the object in our Active Directory.

I would like to know if anyone knows of a tool I can use to modify the permissions from the command prompt. I have modify rights on the object as a “Domain Admin” and “Enterprise Admin”.
