lost Send To option

I tried to put a “quick launch” shotcut in my send to options but think I cliked on the send to folder instead of the quick launch folder and now have No send to option at all when I right click.I did a Sys.Restore but still nothing.I dont want to reformat just because of that.Please help asap.Thanks.
