Lost tool bar in IE

I am using WIN XP Pro and have installed IE ver 6 sp1 with all the latest updates. My problem is I have lost the tool bar, file and navigation bars. I cannot get them back, even after removing IE and reinstalling it With all the updates.

Anyone out there that can help? I’m sure it is something simple but I can’t figure it out.
